Job Details:
To provide administrative and secretarial support
To maintain necessary department files
To answer and screen phone calls
Takes and prepares minutes of the meetings as required.
Coordinates & organizes events such as management meetings, conferences etc.
Organizes and maintains appointments of the Manager
Prepares memos, correspondence and needed documents
Can handle multiple jobs at the same time
Skills:
With 3-4 years work experience as Executive Secretary
Graduate of any Business related course
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient in computer applications
Requirements:
• Candidates with the appropriate qualifications and previous GCC work experience
• Able to work under pressure with a flexible schedule
• Effective team player
• Can handle multiple jobs at the same time and with minimum supervision
• Should be good looking and well presentable
